Quality Assurance with Spectrometry

FTIR spectrometers play a pivotal role in the quality assurance of raw materials, intermediary products, and finished goods.

Infrared spectra comparison between the reference and the sample being tested is employed to verify the chemical makeup of substances. If the spectra show sufficient alignment, the test sample is deemed satisfactory. This entire analysis, from measurement to evaluation, can be accomplished within mere seconds, with minimal to no sample preparation required.

To enhance usability, we provide a tailored software interface, ensuring the spectrometer is user-friendly.

A significant portion of these applications is supported by our compact FTIR spectrometer, the ALPHA, equipped with an ATR module.
