The ALPHA wine diagnostic tool is an FTIR spectrometer, designed with a sturdy ATR unit for swift examination of wines, musts, or juices. It’s adept at analyzing clear, murky, and thick liquids, as well as those containing dissolved gases, all without the need for sample preparation. For consistency and accurate results, the ATR module is temperature-regulated.

This system is versatile, suited for manual evaluations, or can be automated with an autosampler. The specialized wine assessment software simplifies the process, directing users from measurement to data review and finally reporting.

Included is an initial calibration tailored for mature wines, facilitating simultaneous analysis of multiple parameters such as alcohol levels, various sugars, and acidity. Users also have the flexibility to modify or extend the base calibration and to create personalized calibration databases.
